Challenges
- Digistar entered into a re-seller partnership with TM, where TM would sell Digistar’s Internet based Centralized Monitoring Service (CMS) to its customers.
- Both needed a system, which would enable TM’s 4000+ Frontline Sales executives across Malaysia to capture CMS Sales Orders from customers, and stored in a centralized databases.
- System was to enable Digistar Admin and Fulfillment team to follow-up and process the Sales Order till Installation and activation.
- System needed to be able to generated monthly bills in PDF format
- System also needed a full reporting capability
